• Type of tank – cylindrical, double wall, horizontal. O Design pressure – Atmospheric.
• Nozzles provided as per standard requirements.
• Non Destructive testing : Visual / Dye penetrant test / Radiography test.
• Hydro test (inner tank) with full of water P 0.75 bar for one hour.
• Pneumatic test (outer tank) with compressed air / nitrogen @ 0.3 bar.
• Tank gauging – Laminated and graduated dipstick with volumetric chart provided with each tank.
• Corrosion protection – Sacrificial Zinc Anodes provided on each tank.
• External surface : Grit blasted to SA 21/2 Std. and epoxy coated to 500 microns DFT.
• Internal surface sprayed with SAE-10 anti rust oil.
• Can be shipped in 20′ or 40′ ISO shipping container.
